ACCEPTANCE OF ORDERS
The acceptance of all orders and all sales by us are made
subject to and expressly conditional upon these terms and
conditions. We reserve the right to refuse any order where
we feel that there is fraudulent use of a credit card, but
will endeavour to contact you and accept an alternative
payment method.
PAYMENT
Unless we have extended credit to you, you shall
pay either by: Cheque with Order or by Credit or Debit Card.
All cheque payments must have full name, address and guarantee
number on the reverse of the cheque. If payment is made
by Credit Card, the statement will display Buzz Computer
Services
as the creditor.
When using the on-line shopping cart a discount may be shown
against your order, this is to cover any round of the tax
and prevent you from being over charged.
MINIMUM ORDER
We do not specify a minimum order for your batteries, if
you are using our shopping cart or paying by cheque.
DELIVERY
Generally we have all batteries listed in stock,
UK delivery
is normally within 1-2 working days (UK Orders). Should there be no stock of an item ordered we will
contact the buyer to inform them of this and offer alternative
arrangements.
INCORRECT DELIVERY DETALS
It is the customer's responsibility to enter the correct delivery address details at the
time of ordering. If the customer enters the incorrect or incomplete address and goods
are delivered to the wrong address, we are under no obligation to issue a refund or send
replacement goods. If goods are returned to us if they have been sent to the wrong address
we are not obliged to re-send at our expense, however, a refund will be offered less the
postal expense. If you notice that you have provided the incorrect or incomplete details
please contact us as soon as you can.
FORCE MAJEURE
CS Batteries shall not be liable for delay
or failure to deliver or perform due to any cause beyond
its reasonable control, or for Acts of God, acts of Buyer,
acts of any governmental authority, strikes or other Buyer,
acts of any governmental authority, strikes or other labour
disturbances, delays in transportation, fuel or energy shortages,
or inability to obtain necessary components, services, or
facilities from usual sources.
HELD ORDERS
Any orders held, delayed, or rescheduled at the request
of the Buyer will be subject to the prices and conditions
of sale in effect at the time of release of the holder or
reschedule, plus any additional costs incurred due to the
hold or reschedule. Any such order held, delayed, or rescheduled
beyond a reasonable period of time will be treated as a
Buyer termination.
SUBSTITUTE EQUIVALENT
We reserve the right to substitute an equivalent battery
to the battery ordered by the customer, either by type number
and / or manufacturer. This does not affect the consumer's
rights to return goods if they feel they are unsuitable
for the purpose intended for.
GENERAL LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY
In no event shall we be liable for loss of profit or revenues,
loss of goodwill, loss of use, damages to or loss of other
property or equipment.
RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS: FAULTY GOODS
Should an item received be faulty, please let us know and
we will replace the item with a tested replacement battery,
or issue you with a refund. All returns must be notified
within 14 days of receipt of the battery and you will be
instructed how to return the battery. Please enclose a covering
letter with your name and address and whether you would
like an exchange or refund of the item. When
we receive the returned goods we will credit your account
whit the cost of the goods plus for UK orders the cost of
our standard delivery charge, we will not refund Royal
Mail special delivery cost as this is a additional service. The returned goods will be tested and if found to be faulty, return postage will be refunded
up to a maximum of our standard delivery cost, if found to be working the return will be at the customers expense.
ERRORS IN ODERING
If you find that the item you have order is not what you require, you can send the
goods back to us
and we can exchange it. It is your responsibility to
return the unwanted goods to us at your own expense. They however, must be in
a resaleable condition, i.e. the packaging must be fully in tact
and the item itself must have suffered no damage. You must notify
us of this error within 14 days of receipt of the goods and we
will allocate you a returns number. You must also include a covering
letter with the returns number and your name and address. This does
not affect the consumer's cancellation rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
If you order in error and would prefer a refund we ask that you
return the goods ensuring that they are in resaleable condition. We
will then arrange to refund to your card, less the cost of our
initial delivery charge.

- Friday 9am - 5pm, with an out of hours answer service.
COMPLAINTS
In the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied
with the goods you receive, please email us at support@csbatteries.com
with details of your complaint. To ensure you that we take
your complaint seriously we will acknowledge your email
within 72hours of receipt. In this email we will give you
an indication of the length of time we expect it will take
to resolve any problems. If there are any delays in this
process we will keep you informed.
These terms do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

(UK & EU ORDERS ONLY)
You have a 14 day period starting the day after taking delivery
of the goods, to cancel your order. It is your responsibility
to return the unwanted goods to us at your own expense.
All refunds will be made within 30 days of the cancellation,
however, should the goods not be received by us then a deduction
will be made from the refund to cover the cost of collecting
the goods. After taking delivery of the goods, if you wish
to cancel your order, they must be returned to us in an
unopened resaleable condition. If any goods are not in stock,
you will be contacted and can advise us if you wish to cancel,
take an alternative or wait for stock. You will be sent
an e-mail with written confirmation of your order when placing
the order on-line.
